Hammerdeck is free, open-source software made by Peach Studio. These terms cover the app and this website. They are short because the license already says most of it.
Hammerdeck is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3. That license, not this page, is what gives you the right to use, copy, modify and share the app and its source code, and it sets the conditions for doing so. If anything here seems to conflict with it, the license wins.
As the license states, the app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and Peach Studio is not liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. Hammerdeck moves windows, types keys and runs automations on your Mac, some of them on a schedule. Check what a rule does before you let it run unattended.
Some optional features talk to services run by others: OpenAI (with your own API key), Bing, your browsers, and GitHub for updates. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and any API costs are yours.
The site is provided as is and may change without notice. Please don't misuse it or try to disrupt it. The app's official downloads are the ones linked from this site and from the project's GitHub Releases; each is signed with our Developer ID and notarized by Apple.
